Appreciated Securities give you the advantage of a tax deduction for the full market value. Since the Memorial Fund is tax exempt, capital gains taxes do not have to be paid.

- Leaving instructions to your executor that you want contributions sent to the USLBA Memorial Fund
- Making a direct bequest in your will
- Establishing a charitable trust that you control and will provide you with tax benefits and a lifetime income
